Weekly Photo Challenge: Blur

The theme of the WordPress Weekly Photo Challenge this week is blur, which is used to describe something that is unclear, or less distinct. When a photo has a blurred quality to it, I feel it often takes on an unexpected, magical feel.

I took this photo last summer at a beautiful seaside park. The sun had just come up over the horizon, and was shining in all its glory. Each blade ofย grass was lightly covered with nighttime dewdrops and started to sparkle in the early morning sunshine. As I knelt down in the wet grass, and zoomed in on the delicate blades of grass, the strong back-light created some incredible bokeh. A blurred, perfect, magical moment. ๐Ÿ™‚
